Victoria has more than 15 years of experience as a litigation lawyer, including before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court, the Court of Arbitration with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as in enforcement proceeding and insolvency.

Victoria represents clients in cases against various state agencies and commissions; in insolvency procedure (including bank insolvency); in commercial litigation, labour court cases, in arbitration cases, etc.

Victoria also advises clients in transactional context: negotiations, drafting agreements and other documents required for the relevant stages of the construction and development of real properties; lease agreements; M&A transactions; financing transactions, including secured transactions and the establishment of collateral.

Furthermore, Victoria has been involved in preparation of due diligence reports and legal opinions concerning energy and construction projects on the territory of Bulgaria.

Victoria has provided expert legal services in various legal spheres such as acquisition of financial institutions, telecommunication companies, industrial enterprises; advising on conclusion, amendment and termination of commercial contracts; consulting on corporate related issues; consulting and resolving of labour related issues, including labour disputes, termination of labour agreements, mass dismissals, disciplinary measures, preparation and consultations regarding internal labour documentation and procedures, work permits, visas, citizenship, etc.
