Biography

Rashko’s practice comprises banking law, capital markets law, commercial transactions, and EU law. Prior to joining the law firm, he held various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) and the Bulgarian National Bank. He also worked as FSC’s representative in the working groups to the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, as well as a trainee (Blue Book Trainee) at the Single Resolution Board in Brussels, Belgium.
