Martina has been extensively involved in the implementation of the GDPR requirements and the relevant documentation in various companies in different sectors, including companies in the bank sector, gas supply sector, in the pharmaceutical and tobacco industry.

In the area of employment law Martina advises local and international companies on a number of employment law issues, including (i) employment agreements, rules, orders, etc.; (ii) employees’ transfers and mass dismissals; (iii) preparation of termination documents; (iv) eligibility of third country employees to work in Bulgaria; (v) employment-related disputes. She has also participated in extensive due diligence reports on employment law matters.

Martina has also been engaged in many other issues of commercial and corporate nature, including incorporation, liquidation of companies, transfer of shares and going concerns, conduction of extensive due diligence reports, etc. Martina has been engaged with M&A projects as well.

In her spare time, she enjoys travel, hiking, mountain running and mountain biking.
