Anastasiya is currently not practising as a lawyer as she is pursuing her LLM in European Law as a full-time student at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.
Anastasiya is Bulgarian qualified senior lawyer with focus on corporate law, commercial transactions, competition law and regulations.

Biography
Anastasiya is senior associate in Eversheds Sutherland in Bulgaria.
In the field of corporate law, Anastasiya supports domestic and multinational companies in specific transactional and corporate matters, restructurings, and legal due diligence projects, as well as corporate governance.
Anastasiya advises on various aspects of competition law, including unfair competition and unfair commercial practices, merger control, antitrust and dominance and represent clients before the national competition authority and the national courts. Structuring and drafting of agreements and general terms and conditions for marketing activities of clients is also part of the ongoing legal support Anastasiya provides.
She also advises clients on regulatory and compliance aspects of Bulgarian law in different market sectors such as health and life sciences, tobacco, consumer, FMCG.
Apart from consulting clients, Anastasiya contributes to Kluwer Competition Law Blog and Concurrence.
